Terms & Conditions

  1. The debit/credit card associated with the account will be charged every four (4) weeks in the amount corresponding to the type and number of products delivered since the previous payment.

  2. The subscription may be cancelled by the customer at any time via the Zoho Subscriptions client portal or by contacting Urban Greens LLC via phone or email (Contact Us).

  3. The selected plan may be changed by the customer at any time by contacting Urban Greens LLC via phone or email (Contact Us); however, plan changes may take up to 8 weeks to go into effect.

  4. A scheduled delivery may be skipped by contacting Urban Greens LLC via phone or email (Contact Us). The customer’s account will not be charged for skipped deliveries provided the customer informs Urban Greens LLC at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.

  5. Urban Greens LLC reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time; however, active customers shall be given written notice of price increases impacting their subscriptions at least 30 days prior to receiving any product charged at the increased price.

  6. A $15.00 replacement fee will be charged to the customer’s account for any delivery container that is damaged or not returned within 35 days.

  7. Urban Greens LLC reserves the right to cancel any order or active subscription for any reason including, but not limited to: the delivery address is outside the delivery area defined on the Urban Greens LLC website; the farm does not have the capacity to fill the order. The customer will only be charged for products that were delivered to them.
